Purpose:
- Provide oversight for OneHUB vendors supporting AbbVie Access and Affordability programs across OneHUB and AbbVie Patient Services, managing performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure vendors meet SLAs, quality standards, compliance requirements, and evolving business needs; catalog SLAs/metrics to standardize.
- Partner with AbbVie Patient Services and brand stakeholders to execute strategic priorities; identify cross-vendor improvements to optimize patient experience and program effectiveness.
- Participate in RFP process, contract redlining/negotiation, and pricing discussions; evaluate proposals and create pricing simulations.
- Act as program manager for external partnership blueprint (catalog current vendors/contracts/renewal cycles), establish ways of working and governance.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution (on-time delivery, budget adherence, clear stakeholder communication).

Responsibilities:
- Vendor Governance & Performance Oversight: oversee vendor performance; ensure contractual/SLA/KPI/quality/compliance adherence; develop governance/reporting/performance review cadence; run business reviews; drive corrective action plans; support RFP scope and scoring/orals/site visits; align Patient Services/Brand/IT/Compliance; track actions and escalate blockers to closure.
- Financial & Risk Oversight: monitor financial/resource utilization; maintain budget and spend tracking; identify/mitigate operational/compliance/performance risks; ensure regulatory/quality standards; analyze vendor programs for economies of scale; support RFP pricing simulations.
- Business Partnership: translate strategy changes into vendor direction; provide performance updates/risk assessments/recommendations; maintain executive-level stakeholder communication; ensure vendor capability/resource scaling; foster ownership/continuous improvement.
- Cross-Vendor Optimization & Continuous Improvement: identify standardization opportunities; use data to compare trends; guide process/staffing/workflow/technology enhancements; lead root-cause analysis and mitigation; plan initiatives with scope/timelines/owners/success metrics.
- Team Leadership & Development: lead/develop team for vendor relationship management and performance monitoring; set priorities/accountability; coach analytical/operational effectiveness.
- Program Management: synthesize vendor data into insights; manage multiple concurrent projects; build artifacts defining scope/scale/value; maintain schedules and financial tracking tools; maintain vendor/contract repositories (SLAs/metrics/quality/training targets); assist with quarterly program roadmap.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6+ years in vendor management, consulting, contracting, pricing, procurement, external partnerships, patient services, access support, or related commercial operations.
- Preferred: healthcare/biopharma/patient services/specialty pharmacy/access support experience.
- Demonstrated program management (multiple concurrent projects, project planning, financial/budget tracking).
- Proven cross-functional leadership in matrixed organizations.
- Excellent stakeholder communication (executive updates, dashboards, status reports).
