Main Responsibilities:
- Participate in One Sanofi Leadership Development Program (3 years; 3 rotations across commercial or related functions; track aligned to business unit: Specialty Care, Vaccines, or General Medicines).
- First rotation: Sales (field-based; relocation may be required).
- Subsequent rotations: strategic commercial/related functions (e.g., Marketing, Market Access, New Product Planning, Digital, Medical, Strategy, Business Development, China & International, Office of the EVP).
- Develop long-term strategic view of a disease area portfolio.
- Contribute to brand strategy and tactical plan execution.
- Support pricing strategy across indications; research pricing in major markets.
- Coordinate budgeting/strategic planning and leadership team presentations.
- Build materials for internal governance reviews; identify and communicate best practices.
- Develop, track, and own brand programs/tactics/KPIs.
- Conduct market research to inform strategy.
- Contribute to analytical/strategic projects (pricing, market models, forecasting).
- Drive business development activities (diligence, modeling, business case development, deal negotiation).
- Perform financial valuation and strategic analysis for new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- MBA degree.
- 3 years of work experience in a relevant Health area (biotech, pharma, finance, science, marketing, sales, ops, healthcare consulting, strategy, investment banking, etc.).
- Willing and able to relocate (Sales first; additional rotations based on business needs: Specialty Care–Cambridge, MA; General Medicines & Vaccines–Morristown, NJ).
