Manager, Omnichannel Specialist
Position Summary:
- Provide HCP omnichannel execution guidance and best practices to help brand teams translate engagement strategies into coordinated, feasible channel activation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define HCP omnichannel execution standards (segment/eligibility rules, trigger logic, channel sequencing/cadence).
- Provide consultative execution support as an SME on activation feasibility, dependencies, and common pitfalls.
- Set launch readiness and QA requirements; guide teams in diagnosing recurring execution issues.
- Enable full-funnel measurement and tracking of HCP engagement/adoption; resolve measurement gaps.
- Enable test-and-learn execution (standardize experiment designs/templates; document learnings for enterprise playbooks).
- Report performance and learnings (standardized snapshots; post-sprint/post-campaign readouts) and feed insights back to agile pods.
- Support compliant HCP activation aligned to privacy/consent expectations and FDA standards; flag and escalate risk areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
- 5–7+ years in pharma/biopharma/healthcare marketing/comms/advertising/paid media; experience designing/executing/advising HCP omnichannel campaigns (segmentation, channel sequencing, trigger logic, full-funnel engagement tracking).
- Proven SME/advisory experience supporting brand teams, media architects, or cross-functional pods.
- Experience building tracking frameworks, analyzing engagement metrics, running test-and-learn experiments, and ensuring regulatory/privacy/internal-review compliance.
