Role Summary
Manager, Omnichannel Analytics responsible for providing analytic support and data-driven guidance to optimize marketing tactics across multiple therapeutics and brands. Partners with BTS and Data Strategy teams to design, build, and implement AbbVie’s digital marketing capabilities. Builds advanced analytics models from internal data sources to inform marketing teams and optimize tactics. Collaborates with internal and external teams to deliver digital analytics dashboards, integrates Key Performance Indicators (KPI) across marketing tactics, and formulates strategic and tactical investment recommendations. Serves as a technical program lead for personal promotion optimization opportunities, facilitating conversations between business and technical teams (engineering, data science).
Responsibilities
- Provide analytic support and data-driven guidance for optimization of marketing tactics across multiple therapeutics and brands.
- Partner with BTS and Data Strategy teams to design, build, and implement AbbVie’s digital marketing capabilities.
- Build advanced analytics models from internal data sources to inform marketing teams and optimize marketing tactics.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver digital analytics dashboards, integrate KPIs across marketing tactics and formulate strategic and tactical investment recommendations.
- Serve as a technical program lead for personal promotion optimization opportunities, facilitating conversations between business and technical (engineering, data science).
Qualifications
- Required: 3 years of experience in a data analytics role, including performing analytics for measurement and optimization.
- Required: Proficiency with SQL and analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Anaconda, Visual Studio, R Studio, Python, R, Dataiku, and Snowflake.
- Required: Experience designing and developing dashboards using Qlik, Tableau or PowerBI.
Education
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
