Key Responsibilities
- Lead global execution of Deliver Operations Planning activities within established planning frameworks and standards.
- Ensure regional planning teams operate consistently within agreed planning guardrails.
- Monitor planning performance and drive corrective actions.
- Lead Deliver supply and capacity planning across owned and 3PL distribution centers and transportation partners.
- Ensure visibility of capacity constraints, risks, and trade-offs across the Deliver network.
- Own Deliver Operations Planning inputs, analysis, and recommendations into IBP processes (Supply Review, Management Business Review).
- Execute planning scenarios and trade-off analyses; represent outcomes in IBP forums.
- Execute approved scenario planning (allocation, mode mix, network risks, launches) and provide operational/financial implications.
- Ensure compliance with global Deliver planning standards, controls, and governance expectations; monitor via KPIs and maturity assessments.
- Proactively identify Deliver operational risks and support mitigation/contingency planning.
- Lead, coach, and develop planning teams; partner with Regional Deliver Operations, E2E Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred).
- Extensive experience in supply chain/operations/deliver or network planning in a global environment.
- Demonstrated leadership in Planning and IBP integration; ability to lead and influence in a matrix organization.
- Minimum 6–8 years overall business experience (Planning/Deliver/Strategy; management of large programs).
- Proven success in complex global matrix organizations; validated IBP ownership linked to P&L/working capital.
- Strong knowledge of Order Fulfillment (Customer Service, Warehousing, Transportation).
- Outstanding verbal and written communication.
Preferred:
- Experience in complex multi-region distribution/logistics networks.
- Strong analytical, scenario planning, and decision-framework skills.
- Minimum 5 years managerial experience in Supply Chain/Leadership Teams.
- Critical thinking, learning agility, intellectual curiosity.
Other:
- Up to 10–15% domestic/international travel.
Desirable:
- APICS/CSCP/CLTD/CPIM and/or Lean Six Sigma; degree in Supply Chain/Operations/Engineering.
- Medical device or pharmaceutical supply chain experience.
- Deep understanding of financial processes.
