The Manager, Deliver Operations Planning leads and governs Deliver operations planning execution across a multi-region network of distribution centers and transportation partners. Ensures consistent application of Deliver planning standards, integration into Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and strong service, cost, cash, and resilience outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead global execution of Deliver Operations Planning within established frameworks/standards; ensure regional teams follow agreed guardrails.
- Monitor planning performance and drive corrective actions.
- Lead Deliver supply and capacity planning across owned and 3PL distribution centers and transportation partners; provide visibility of capacity constraints/risks/trade-offs.
- Own Deliver Operations Planning inputs/analysis/recommendations into IBP (Supply Review, Management Business Review); execute scenarios and trade-off analyses; represent outcomes in IBP forums.
- Execute scenario planning (allocation, mode mix, network risks, launches) and provide operational/financial implications.
- Ensure governance/controls compliance via KPIs and maturity assessments; escalate risks/exceptions.
- Proactively identify planning risks/vulnerabilities; support mitigation and contingency planning.
- Lead/coaching of planning teams; partner with cross-functional groups (Regional Deliver Ops, E2E Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance).

Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s degree; 6–8+ years supply/operations/deliver/network planning experience in a global, matrixed environment; leadership in Planning and IBP integration; experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders; P&L/working capital linkage; strong Order Fulfillment understanding; outstanding communication.
Preferred: complex multi-region network experience; analytical/scenario/decision-framework skills; 5+ years managerial experience; critical thinking/learning agility; APICS/CSCP/CLTD/CPIM and/or Lean Six Sigma; supply chain in med device/pharma; financial process understanding.
Other: Up to 10–15% domestic/international travel.
