Job Responsibilities
- Lead and govern Deliver operations planning execution across a multi-region distribution center and transportation partner network.
- Ensure consistent application of established Deliver planning standards and integration into Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Lead global execution of Deliver Operations Planning activities within established frameworks and guardrails; monitor performance and drive corrective actions.
- Lead Deliver supply and capacity planning across owned and 3PL distribution centers and transportation partners; maintain visibility of capacity constraints, risks, and trade-offs.
- Own Deliver Operations Planning inputs/analysis/recommendations into IBP (e.g., Supply Review and Management Business Review); execute scenarios and trade-off analyses.
- Execute approved scenario planning for allocation, mode mix, network risks, and launches; provide operational and financial implications.
- Ensure compliance with global Deliver planning standards/controls; monitor KPIs and maturity; escalate risks/exceptions.
- Proactively identify operational risks/vulnerabilities; support mitigation and contingency planning.
- Lead, coach, and develop planning teams; partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Regional Deliver Ops, E2E Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance).
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 6β8+ years supply chain/operations/deliver/network planning experience in a global matrix environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and planning/IBP integration; ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong order fulfillment understanding (Customer Service, Warehousing, Transportation).
- 10β15% domestic and international travel required.
- Preferred: complex multi-region distribution/logistics experience; strong analytics/scenario planning; 5+ years managerial experience.
- Preferred/desirable: APICS/CSCP/CLTD/CPIM and/or Lean Six Sigma; supply chain experience in medical device or pharmaceutical; deep financial process understanding.

- Base pay range: $102,000β$177,100.
