Key Responsibilities
- Lead global execution of Deliver Operations Planning activities within established planning frameworks and standards.
- Ensure regional planning teams operate consistently within agreed planning guardrails; monitor performance and drive corrective actions.
- Lead Deliver supply and capacity planning across owned and 3PL distribution centers and transportation partners; ensure visibility of constraints, risks, and trade-offs.
- Own Deliver Operations Planning inputs, analysis, and recommendations into Integrated Business Planning (IBP) (Supply Review and Management Business Review); execute scenarios and trade-off analyses.
- Execute scenario planning for allocation, mode mix, network risks, and launches; provide operational and financial implications and support leadership decisions.
- Ensure compliance with global planning standards, controls, and governance; monitor KPIs/indicators and escalate exceptions.
- Proactively identify operational risks/vulnerabilities; support mitigation and contingency planning.
- Lead, coach, and develop planning teams; partner with Regional Deliver Operations, E2E Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in supply chain/operations/deliver or network planning in a global environment.
- Demonstrated leadership in Planning and IBP integration; ability to lead teams and influence in a matrix organization.
- Minimum 6β8 years overall business experience (preferably planning/deliver/strategy and large programs).
- Validated ownership of IBP process and linkage to P&L/working capital; understanding of Order Fulfillment (Customer Service, Warehousing, Transportation).
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred: experience in complex multi-region distribution/logistics; strong analytical scenario planning/decision frameworks; 5+ years managerial experience.
- Other: up to 10β15% domestic and international travel.
Preferred/Desirable
- APICS/CSCP/CLTD/CPIM and/or Lean Six Sigma; supply chain experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry; degree in Supply Chain/Operations/Engineering; deep understanding of financial processes.
