Key Responsibilities
- Lead global execution of Deliver Operations Planning activities within established planning frameworks and standards.
- Ensure regional planning teams operate consistently and effectively within agreed planning guardrails.
- Monitor planning performance and drive corrective actions where gaps exist.
- Lead Deliver supply and capacity planning across owned and 3PL distribution centers and transportation partners.
- Ensure accurate and timely visibility of capacity constraints, risks, and trade-offs across the Deliver network.
- Own Deliver Operations Planning inputs, analysis, and recommendations into IBP processes (Supply Review and Management Business Review).
- Execute Deliver planning scenarios and trade-off analyses; represent outcomes in IBP forums and leadership discussions.
- Execute approved scenario planning (allocation, mode mix, network risks, launches) and provide operational/financial implications.
- Ensure compliance with global Deliver planning standards, controls, governance expectations; monitor via KPIs and maturity assessments.
- Proactively identify Deliver operational risks and support mitigation/contingency planning.
- Lead, coach, and develop teams; partner with Regional Deliver Operations, E2E Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelorβs degree (advanced degree preferred).
- 6β8+ years in supply chain/operations/deliver/network planning in a global environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and planning/IBP integration; ability to lead teams in a matrix organization.
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment (Customer Service, Warehousing, Transportation); outstanding verbal/written communication.
- Experience owning IBP process and linkage to P&L/working capital.
Preferred:
- Multi-region distribution/logistics network experience.
- Strong analytical, scenario planning, decision-framework development skills; translate strategy into executable processes.
- 5+ years managerial experience; strong planning/systems understanding.
- Lean Six Sigma and/or APICS/CSCP/CLTD/CPIM; medical device or pharmaceutical supply chain experience; deep financial process knowledge.

- Up to 10β15% domestic and international travel.
