Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops, and delivers compliant learning solutions that increase effectiveness and credibility of participants.
- Builds trust and credibility with key stakeholders through regular interaction, evidenced by feedback and proven working partnerships.
- Leverages existing Learning & Development core platforms and Franchise/Brand training content to limit duplicative efforts.
- Provides direct, open communication to stakeholders to ensure positive relationships and mutual alignment.
- Provides candid, specific verbal and written feedback to participants, including strengths/weaknesses and an improved performance plan.
- Coaches and provides feedback to National Field Trainers (NFTs).
- Adjusts coaching and training techniques based on participants’ skill levels.
- Develops Guest Trainers and/or Rotational Trainers with meaningful classroom roles, one-to-one coaching, and performance feedback.
- Applies knowledge of stakeholder businesses, strategies, and priorities; integrates training into brand team business plans.
- Leads cross-functional initiatives and may manage additional special projects.
- Recognized as a product/disease-state expert and expert in non-therapeutic areas (e.g., customer and business skills).
- Assists with onboarding, development, and mentorship of other NFTs; leads through teamwork and maintains peer relationships.
- Executes with little guidance from senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Account Executive or District Manager) or 2+ years sales training experience.
- Knowledge of regulations/standards affecting pharmaceutical products (e.g., CFR 210/211, cGMP).
- Prior experience leading projects with regional or national impact.
- High-performing sales track record and strong understanding of what drives success in a commercial organization.
