Role Summary
The Manager, MRC Launch Operations ensures the timely, compliant, and efficient review and deployment of launch-critical promotional and non-promotional materials. This role drives tactical planning, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination across functions to keep launch timelines on track. Working closely with cross-functional teams, agencies, and the Manager of MRC Operations, the Manager aligns on material priorities, forecasting, and readiness. They actively participate in launch readiness workstreams, providing visibility into asset status, milestones, and potential risks. Reporting to the Director of MRC and Marketing Operations, this role serves as the operational hub for all launch-critical MRC processes.
Responsibilities
- Drive asset readiness in partnership with cross-functional project owners and agency partners, proactively identifying risks and escalating potential delays to keep launch timelines on track.
- Lead execution of label change activities, coordinating updates across all impacted assets and ensuring timely deployment in compliance with mandated implementation deadlines.
- Partner with Print & Fulfillment Operations to oversee Prescribing Information (PI) updates for promotional and medical print assets.
- Partner closely with the Manager, MRC Operations to align on material forecasting, volume projections, and prioritization of launch-critical assets to ensure efficient resourcing and timely reviews.
- Collaborate with MRC Operations to integrate launch timelines into daily committee processes, ensuring seamless coordination between ongoing reviews and upcoming deliverables.
- Participate actively in launch readiness workstreams, providing updates on MRC asset status, milestones, and risks to promote organizational visibility and alignment across functions.
- Own and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports, and ensure accuracy of MRC operational procedures, templates, and best practices to support compliance, operational excellence, and timely delivery of launch-critical materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in promotional and non-promotional material review processes and systems; experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats preferred.
- Experience supporting product launch readiness and execution activities, including label-change–impacted materials.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical legal and regulatory requirements, including compliance for promotional and medical materials.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, prioritize competing demands, and resolve workflow challenges.
- Experience maintaining trackers, dashboards, SOPs, and other operational documentation to support compliance and launch readiness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
