Manager, Business Analytics (Specialty Business Unit Insights & Analytics)

Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing analytics for U.S. Pharma Commercial Insights, including customer targeting/segmentation, marketing mix modeling, and campaign/program performance analytics.
- Identify opportunities to drive performance using marketing analytics; communicate insights, influence decisions, and drive action.
- Partner with stakeholders across CI, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Finance, and Technology.
- Create story boards to communicate data learnings that influence business decisions.
- Bring outside-in thinking (best practices from other industries/pharma).
- Improve efficiency via process and analytics automation; partner with Commercial Data Strategy for trusted data availability for standard and ad hoc marketing analytics.
- Use analytical tools (SAS, R, Python, or similar) for: marketing targeting, customer segmentation, and segment profiling.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, Finance/Economics.
- Experience with analytical (Python/SQL) and visualization tools (Thoughtspot, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience leading analytical workstreams/projects with cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred:
- M.Sc in relevant fields.
- 4+ years in commercial analytics functions (e.g., call planning, targeting, customer segmentation).
- Marketing/customer analytics experience in mid-large organizations or global management consulting (ideally U.S. commercial pharma).
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical secondary data sources (e.g., patient/claims).
- Success in pharmaceutical forecasting and real-world data analytics.
- Experience with biologics and/or oncology.
