Main Responsibilities:
- Analytics and reporting on 2 top national accounts.
- Manage all aspects of a national contract, including analyzing terms/conditions to set up contracts, update for amendments, and accurately adjudicate claims.
- Analyze rebate payments using reporting tools and third-party data to compare quarterly (or monthly) sales, rebates, and market share trends.
- Lead account manager meetings to provide insight into top accounts and products.
- Partner with Contract Development and account management to operationalize complex/value-based contracts.
- Research and develop reports for quarterly Finance reserve meetings (General Medications and Specialty).
- Provide ad hoc request support.
- Participate in customer meetings and audits as required; interact with Account Managers, Contract Development, Accounts Payable, and Brand Team.
- Support departmental projects as required; comply with SOX requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 3+ years of work experience; 2 years in an operations role preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong oral and written communication.
- Professional manner and tact.
- Model N experience preferred.
- Organized, accurate, detail-oriented, disciplined, and quality-focused.
- Strong teamwork/commitment; ability to work independently.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
