Responsibilities:
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, integrate statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to reconcile variances and refine the forecast model using updated sales and marketing assumptions.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to understand demand forecast drivers and build a consensus forecast.
- Develop demand forecasts at multiple aggregation levels and time horizons.
- Provide input to Supply Planning for inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
- Coordinate and communicate customer action plans with supply planning.
- Conduct Monthly Customer Meetings and provide planning status updates to the Planning Head.
- Identify areas for improvement; support risk assessment and mitigation.
- Align with global supply chain teams on priorities.
- Support process automation/data management for FTS; coordinate and prepare data for monthly S&OP.
- Identify key molecules affecting forecast accuracy; publish monthly results.
- Implement solutions to improve forecast accuracy to achieve management targets.
- Maintain databases/reports (forecast accuracy, bias, fidelity, new business bids, S&OP data).
- Support seasonal demand forecasting with customer promotional event volumes.
- Collate bid/RFP/OTB and customer promotion data for demand generation; integrate with latest estimates to roll forecasts for 18–24 months.
- Complete special projects and assignments; leverage emerging AI for automation and improved planning insights.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Experience: 7+ years (Bachelor) or 5+ years (Master) in demand planning/forecasting/supply planning.
- Skills: Ability to work with large datasets and build diagnostic/predictive/prescriptive analytics models; MS Office knowledge (required).
