Manager Demand Planning (Hybrid) β€” Princeton, NJ

Responsibilities:
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, integrate statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results
- Reconcile variances with cross-functional teams and refine forecast model using updated sales/marketing assumptions
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to understand demand forecast drivers and build a consensus forecast
- Develop demand forecasts at multiple aggregation levels for multiple time horizons
- Provide input to Supply Planning on inventory strategies for existing items, new products, and phase-outs
- Coordinate and communicate customer action plans with supply planning; conduct monthly customer meetings
- Prepare status updates for the Planning Head and support risk assessment/mitigation
- Coordinate with global supply chain teams to align priorities
- Lead special projects (e.g., process automation, data management for FTS, prepare data for monthly S&OP)
- Identify key molecules impacting forecast accuracy and publish monthly results
- Implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy to meet management targets
- Maintain databases/reports (forecast accuracy/bias/fidelity, new business bids, S&OP data)
- Support seasonal demand forecasting with customer promotional volumes; collate bid/RFP/OTB/event data for demand generation
- Integrate demand and estimate volumes to arrive at rolling 18–24 month sales value; complete special assignments
- Leverage emerging AI capabilities to automate processes and improve forecasting insights

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Experience: 5+ years (Master) or 7+ years (Bachelor) in demand planning/forecasting/supply planning
- Skills: Advanced analytics (diagnostic/predictive/prescriptive models) and MS Office
