Position Summary
Leads and manages Computer System Validation (CSV) efforts for enterprise GxP systems across multiple business organizations. Collaborates with IT Delivery teams, business users, and Global Quality to ensure CSV activities are planned/executed per internal procedures. Leverages AI to accelerate validation deliverables, requirements analysis, review efficiency, testing, and documentation quality, with governance and compliance for GxP systems. Promotes test automation and agile CSV to improve execution efficiency, consistency, traceability, and inspection readiness, including risk-based iterative validation with evidence of requirements, testing, approvals, and change control throughout the system lifecycle. Modernizes CSV practices while maintaining quality, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.

Detailed description
- Defines and owns the IT CSV strategy and approach for enterprise GxP systems.
- Drives CSV activities to completion; acts as CSV Subject Matter Expert (SME) accountable for CSV deliverables.
- Supports CSV for both COTS and custom-developed solutions; guides development/testing teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or related discipline.
- 6+ years relevant experience.
- Cross-functional regulated-area experience desired (e.g., Cell Therapy, Research, Analytical/QC, QA, Engineering, Manufacturing, Regulatory, IT).
- Experience with electronic document management (e.g., Qumas/Veeva/SharePoint), ALM/JIRA, and IT service management (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Ability to use AI to accelerate document creation/review and testing.
- Test automation and agile CSV experience.
- Critical thinking; strong ethics and commitment to quality.

Compensation overview
Princeton, NJ: US $90,440–$109,592 (plus potential incentive cash/stock based on eligibility).
