Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR Technology capability, defining strategy, governance, operating models, standards, roadmaps, and long-term platform evolution.
- Serve as the primary IT business partner to HR, translating business priorities into scalable technology solutions and measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with People Technology and HR Centers of Excellence (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Workforce Planning, and Employee Relations) to deliver technology solutions aligned to business priorities.
- Understand end-to-end HR business processes, align technology capabilities to business needs, and drive process optimization across HR functions.
- Lead tool evaluations and assessments with Security and Sourcing teams to enable HR technology.
- Advise HR and IT leadership on emerging technologies, AI innovations, Workday capabilities, and industry best practices to accelerate HR transformation.
- Serve as technical advisor for Workday Extend; design, build, and deploy scalable applications, workflows, automations, and employee experiences.
- Provide technical leadership across solution architecture, integrations, APIs, security, identity management, data governance, master data management, and platform modernization.
- Assess current-state processes, identify capability gaps, and design future-state solutions to improve employee experience, efficiency, compliance, data quality, and workforce effectiveness.
- Lead adoption of AI and Generative AI in HR (self-service, workflow automation, virtual assistants, knowledge management, insights, decision support).
- Lead cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners through delivery, enhancements, and support.
- Oversee configuration, development, testing, release management, and deployment; ensure secure, compliant, scalable, production-ready solutions.
- Configure and build Agents; leverage native Workday AI/Agent capabilities to automate HR processes and enhance experiences.
- Drive continuous improvement across HR technology platforms (automation opportunities, reduced complexity, maximize value through Workday/Extend/AI).
Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree with 6 years of experience, or Masterโs degree with 4 years of experience.
