Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day NetSuite activities including purchasing, receiving, fulfillment, warehouse, and related Finance/Supply Chain processes.
- Support implementations, administration, and ongoing support of Amylyx G&A business applications.
- Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze workflows, document business processes, and translate needs into system and operational solutions.
- Support change management, governance, testing, user acceptance, and implementation of enhancements per business needs and IT procedures.
- Follow IT processes, procedures, standards, controls, and documentation practices, including support for audit activities as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of IT experience with increasing technical, business analysis, and application support responsibilities.
- 3+ years of hands-on ERP experience (enhancement projects, data management, process improvements); NetSuite strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite Inventory Management or comparable ERP functionality (item master data, inventory adjustments, transfers, receipts, fulfillments, inventory reporting).
- Ability to troubleshoot system/transaction issues, identify root causes, and resolve errors with business users.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executives, managers, SMEs, business users, IT colleagues, and external partners.
- Strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, data accuracy, and system hygiene.
- Experience supporting regulated environments (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or SOX-controlled).
Work Location/Conditions:
- Remote in the United States; not considering applicants from Alaska, Arizona, Hawaii, Michigan, and Tennessee.
- Preference for candidates in the New England region (in-person as needed).
- Travel to Cambridge, MA several times a year; access to a suitable remote work setup (privacy, reliable internet, phone, video conferencing).
