Manager, Investor Relations

Role: Manager, Investor Relations, responsible for executing 3M's investor engagement strategy and maintaining strong relationships with shareholders, analysts, and the investment community. Key responsibilities include preparing investor briefing materials, tracking investor feedback and sentiment, supporting management on investor meetings and conferences, analyzing financial and market trends, and assisting with external communications such as earnings releases and investor events. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; at least 7 years' experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, or corporate finance, preferably with familiarity in capital markets, valuation, and financial analysis. Preferred skills include strong communication, analytical abilities, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and experience working with institutional investors and sell-side analysts. High-value specifics: role supports a large global company in a public market setting, involves analysis of industry and peer data, and includes up to 10% domestic/international travel. The position is based onsite at 3M Center in Maplewood, MN, and requires legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
