Role: Manager of Investor Relations (reporting to Director of Investor Relations). Onsite in Lexington office five days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to implementation of an IR program aligned with company strategy.
- Support message development for educating capital markets on strategy, execution, opportunities, and risks.
- Assist with core messaging materials (investor presentations, press releases, call scripts, Q&A).
- Monitor sell-side consensus and analyze equity research models/valuation frameworks.
- Track shareholder base changes, investor sentiment, peer performance, and capital markets trends.
- Research and maintain an institutional investor target list; manage investment style profiling, tracking, and CRM.
- Track investor interactions and prepare executive briefing materials for key events (conferences/roadshows, scientific/medical meetings, quarterly earnings).
- Manage relationships/workstreams with third-party IR service providers.
- Benchmark best-in-class IR strategies and tactics.
- Support digital IR (IR website, investor-facing social media, online financial data accuracy) consistent with approved messaging.

- Excellent writing/editing and concise, accurate presentation skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree; MBA/advanced degree a plus.
- 3+ yearsβ experience in investor relations or financial communications (life sciences plus).
- IR analytics platform experience (e.g., Nasdaq IR Insight, FactSet/Irwin, AlphaSense, etc.).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and manage evolving priorities.
- Strong intellectual curiosity about biopharma and the investment thesis.
Pay Range: $149,000β$158,000 USD.
