Corporate Functions
Responsibilities:
- Perform financial analysis to support the investment process through company- and asset-specific modeling, including building and maintaining drug forecasts, operating company models, and royalty monetization and structured investment models.
- Support due diligence by conducting primary and secondary research, including interviews with physician key opinion leaders and consultants; evaluate clinical data, commercial planning materials, competitive landscapes, and technical diligence areas (IP, manufacturing, payor/market access, legal).
- Coordinate with relevant cross-functional internal teams to support transaction execution.
- Prepare high-quality presentation materials (investment presentations and opportunity assessments) for internal Investment reviews and Board-level communications.
- Manage the investment pipeline with updated record keeping and status tracking for evaluated opportunities.
- Monitor the competitive landscape (deal activity and emerging trends) and provide regular communications to the Investment team.
- Take on additional project-based responsibilities as directed.
Qualifications:
- 2β5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, corporate development, or comparable life sciences roles with demonstrated deal/project accomplishments.
- Bachelorβs degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a life science field (strong academic performance required).
