Manager, Internal Change Communications

Role: Internal Communications Manager supporting global employee engagement at Regeneron, focused on strategic development and execution of internal messaging for a workforce of over 15,000 colleagues. Responsibilities: develop and implement communications programs for corporate functions such as HR and IT, advise leaders on communication strategies, manage projects to inform and inspire employees about enterprise initiatives, craft messaging materials, and evaluate communication effectiveness. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 4+ years in internal communications or employee engagement, with experience in content management, storytelling, and change communication principles. Preferred: prior work in PR/communications agency or pharma/biotech industry.
