Manager, Internal Change Communications

Role Requirements/Overview:
- 4 days per week onsite at Global HQ Campus in Westchester, NY (not fully remote/hybrid).
A Typical Day in the Role Might Look Like:
- Support development and execution of global internal communications programs for key corporate functions (HR, IT, etc.).
- Serve as a trusted internal communications partner to leaders in G&A functions, advising on communications approaches that support enterprise priorities.
- Plan and coordinate key internal communications initiatives; apply project management and creative approaches to inform, inspire, and engage employees.
- Draft messaging (project briefs, key messages, talking points, FAQ, and related materials) aligned to company goals.
- Develop creative ways to communicate and engage employees about enterprise change initiatives (digital transformation, global expansion, culture storytelling, etc.).
- Build strong relationships across the organization to support collaboration.
- Measure communications effectiveness and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Identify and implement opportunities to elevate strategic focus, streamline processes, and improve efficiency/effectiveness.
This Role Might Be For You If You:
- Have experience planning/executing internal communications initiatives (storytelling, content management) for a global audience.
- Understand change communication principles.
- Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Know internal communication channels/technologies (intranets, enterprise social platforms, email distribution tools, etc.).
- Can manage/prioritize multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Have exceptional project management, attention to detail, sound judgment, and curiosity to learn.
To Be Considered You Must Have:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in internal communications and employee engagement.
- Previous PR/communications agency and/or pharma/biotech experience preferred but not required.
- Experience in a communications role supporting corporate/business functions (HR, IT, etc.).
