What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end financial, operational, and compliance audits from planning through reporting and follow-up, accountable for audit scope, execution quality, and results.
- Use a risk-based approach to identify key risks, evaluate control effectiveness, and adjust audit scope based on emerging issues.
- Communicate audit results clearly, presenting findings and practical remediation recommendations to senior management.
- Develop concise, clear, decision-oriented audit reports.
- Build trusted relationships with business leaders while maintaining independence and objectivity.
- Coach and review audit team and external provider work; provide actionable feedback.
- Contribute to the annual risk assessment and audit plan.
- Support SOX and integrated audits across financial, operational, and technology domains.
- Leverage data analytics and AI-enabled tools to enhance risk identification and efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement in audit execution and ways of working.

Who You Are / Qualifications
- Critical thinker who can articulate business risk, navigate ambiguity, and engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of core accounting concepts; experience with revenue areas; working knowledge of GAAP.

Required Skills
- 5+ years diversified internal/external audit experience (Big 4 required); operational and finance experience a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong audit methodology, risk assessment, and internal controls knowledge.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Travel up to 20% (including international).
- CPA, CA, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills
- Life Sciences experience (or relevant business experience outside audit).
- Master’s degree or MBA.
- Experience with audit software, Generative AI (e.g., Microsoft Copilot), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
