Role Summary

Insights & Analytics Manager – Customer Teams. Location flexible with travel to Northwest Arkansas and other customers. Serve as a strategic partner to Customer Teams, turning data into actionable insights to drive business results.

Responsibilities

  • Be the subject matter expert and evangelist representing the voice of shopper and consumer.
  • Partner with Customer Teams (primarily Walmart Inc.) to challenge legacy thinking, drive new insights approaches, and provide a business leadership perspective.
  • Provide thought leadership and actionable insights to stakeholders across customers and Perrigo, surfacing analytics to promote data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other functions to understand target shoppers and consumers; help build selling stories to accelerate joint growth.
  • Be expert in data sources (Circana, Kantar, Mintel, Scintilla, bespoke research) and utilize tools; apply AI capabilities to speed data-to-action; build reports and partnerships to maintain understanding of trends.
  • Educate and embed shopper, consumer, and customer insights into Perrigo’s go-to-market strategies.
  • Independently own end-to-end creation of insights presentations from storyline to final edits for internal and external value creation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics/Statistics, Data Science, or related field; Master’s preferred; 8+ years in an Insights role within CPG (healthcare/self-care experience preferred); Data Science or AI experience a plus.
  • Experience with CPG retail customers and health care industry preferred.
  • Experience in shopper and consumer research methods, activation of insights, and developing business implications across the path to purchase; AI experience valued.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams in a matrixed environment; strong communication and visual storytelling to advise partners as the voice of shopper and consumer.
  • Strong multitasking and project management skills; ideation facilitation experience preferred.
  • Store Brand experience a plus.
