Role Summary

Position is the primary contact for brand and Copay COE teams for Skyrizi, Rinvoq & Humira Gross-to-Net Copay. Provide forecasts and modeling for all required schedules (Plan/LBE/LRP). Provide ad hoc financial analysis as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Primary contact for brand team for any CoPay related questions.
  • Lead all aspects for CoPay planning and reporting for Skyrizi, Rinvoq & Humira for Actuals, Plan, LBE and LRP.
  • Update all monthly and Plan/LRP schedules.
  • Assist with routine LBE submissions.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the Copay COE team as well as MABI to gain insights on key inputs to copay (Redemption volume, cost per redemption, cohorts, etc.).
  • Understand and discuss all related CoPay variances on a monthly and Plan/LRP cycle basis.
  • Attend and prepare slides for routine planning meetings and Plan/LBE/LRP meetings with Brand Team, Business Unit Controller, Business Unit President.
  • Assist with CoPay funding, tracking, and invoice processing.
  • Partner with Price Accounting on the preparation of month end close journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and balance sheet commentary.
  • Additional ad-hoc project work and analysis.

Qualifications

  • Required: 7+ years of progressive Accounting/Finance.
  • Required: Ability to interact with and support senior level management and to partner effectively and independently in a matrix organization.
  • Required: Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, planning and decision making skills.
  • Required: Extensive interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills including a high energy level.
  • Required: Strong Excel and PowerPoint technical and content strategy skills. Power BI and Workiva knowledge is a plus.
  • Required: Ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities and shifting priorities under tight timeframes.
  • Required: A highly motivated self-starter who can translate broad directions into high quality analytical output.
  • Required: Open to new ideas, creative and utilizes value-added principles in approach.

Education

  • BA/BS in Finance or Accounting. MBA/CPA preferred.

Skills

  • Interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking with ability to translate direction into actionable output.
