The Role
As the Manager, HR Effectiveness, you will serve as a trusted partner to HR leaders across global commercialization, blending strategic coordination, operational excellence, program management, communications, and employee experience. You will drive key people initiatives, orchestrate programs and events, ensure operational excellence, and enable leaders and teams to execute effectively at scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate HR programs, initiatives, and strategic priorities across Global Commercialization.
- Translate business and people priorities into actionable plans; drive progress in a complex matrixed organization.
- Independently manage multiple projects from planning through execution (milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, commitments).
- Coordinate across HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders.
- Support key HR processes: talent reviews, engagement surveys, performance management, compensation cycles, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, reporting/analytics.
- Lead and support engagement, recognition, onboarding, leadership events, conferences, and initiatives that enhance employee experience and culture.
- Create executive-ready presentations, communications, dashboards, reports, and briefing materials.
- Improve processes using technology and AI-enabled tools; drive continuous improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships and operational activities (budgets, PO/invoices, travel, team events).
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, sound judgment, and confidentiality.

About You / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business Admin, Communications, Psychology, or related) preferred; 5+ years progressive experience in HR/HR ops, program management, employee/talent operations, business operations, chief of staff, or related.
- Ability to operate independently; manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced global matrix.
- Experience in biotech/pharma/healthcare or other regulated industries preferred.
- Ability to translate ambiguous priorities into actionable plans; influence without authority.
- Strong business acumen, judgment, discretion; handle sensitive/confidential matters.
- Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and operational execution.
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, Microsoft 365.
- Experience producing executive-level materials (presentations, communications, dashboards).
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, ownership mindset; thrives in ambiguity.
- AI-enabled productivity tools experience (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) is a plus.
