Role Summary

The Manager, Global Pricing Data and Analytics leads the content and integrity of BeOne’s global pricing data and related analytical tools. Working with the Global Pricing Team, they capture and maintain pricing data in the Global Pricing Database (GPD), ensure data completeness and accuracy, and develop regular and ad hoc reporting to maximize the value of the data. The role supports analytical processes within GVAP, including IRP assessments and market level access reporting, collaborates with markets worldwide, and assists in day-to-day pricing strategy execution under the direction of Global Pricing Directors. It also supports archival of pricing authority documents and pricing policies, and provides a foundation for advancement within GVAP.

Responsibilities

  • Global Pricing Data: Lead collection of global pricing and reimbursement data in the GPD with supporting documentation; ensure data integrity and timeliness; serve as GPD super-user and main system administrator; establish strong relationships with local teams as the primary GPD contact.
  • Pricing Data Analytics: Develop understanding of IRP rules and models in ex-US markets; conduct basic IRP analysis; support pricing data requests from local teams; develop standard and ad hoc reporting capabilities; lead ad hoc data requests.
  • Global Pricing Team Support: Support pricing execution projects under the Global Pricing Directors; archival of Grants of Authority documentation; assist with other ad hoc pricing data projects and analyses.

Qualifications

  • Required: Undergraduate bachelor‚Äôs degree (preferred in Business Administration, with specialization in Pricing, Finance, Marketing, or related analytical disciplines).
  • Required: Minimum of 5 years of related pharmaceutical experience, with at least 2 years in a database/pricing analytical role.
  • Required: Conceptual understanding of gross-to-net pricing; strong analytical skills to translate complex data into meaningful reports; high attention to detail; ability to communicate across cultures and functions; ability to structure data, synthesize findings, and present clearly; strategic thinking, initiative, organization, prioritization, and planning skills; fluency in English (written and verbal); strong customer focus in cross-functional collaboration; solid interpersonal and communication skills; ability to execute projects to deadlines.
