Manager, Global Order-to-Cash (O2C)

Role: Manager, Order-to-Cash (O2C) to establish and lead the global revenue cycle function supporting Arrowhead's first commercial product launch and future growth. Responsibilities: develop and execute O2C strategy, build scalable processes, oversee customer onboarding, contracting, and compliance; lead system implementation and automation initiatives within Microsoft Dynamics 365; ensure SOX controls and audit readiness; serve as a trusted partner to Commercial, Supply Chain, Market Access, and Finance teams. Requirements: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Life Sciences; 5+ years in O2C, Revenue Ops, or Finance within regulated biotech/pharma industries; ERP experience, preferably with Dynamics 365; strong knowledge of revenue cycle, compliance, and process optimization; excellent communication skills. Preferred: MBA or professional certification; experience with rebates, chargebacks, and market access programs.
