Role Summary
The Global Product Planner is responsible for end-to-end supply planning for assigned product(s), from Drug Substance (DS) through Drug Product (DP) to Finished Goods (FG) throughout the life cycle from launch to sunset.

Primary Responsibilities
- Own the full supply plan for assigned products (DS, DP, FG).
- Integrate demand and supply: consolidate global demand and net requirements; align S&OP with AOP.
- Inventory strategy & execution: manage inventory positioning globally across sites/DCs/markets; own Inventory and E&O; monitor inventory health using WOS and Inventory Turns.
- Risk management & escalation: identify/mitigate supply risks; lead scenario planning and capacity simulations with Network Planning.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Logistics, and Commercial.
- Performance oversight end-to-end (global and local); partner with Regional Supply Chain; track local market performance.
- System & data governance: maintain planning parameters in SAP IBP; ensure plan credibility, data accuracy, and process compliance.

Qualifications
- B.S./B.A. in supply chain management, science, and/or engineering (biotechnology/engineering or related).
- Supply Chain Management diploma/certification (APICS/CSCP) strongly preferred.
- 4+ years supply chain management/planning experience in global/multi-plant biotech, pharma, or consumer products.
- Experience with global product supply planning and knowledge of S&OP/AOP processes.
- Understanding of cGMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Experience developing/implementing global supply chain planning processes with advanced planning/scheduling systems.
- Exposure to biotech/pharma manufacturing principles (site + HQ preferred) and international matrix environments.
- Expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and advanced planning tools.
