Manager, Financial Reporting (SEC & Management Reporting)

Role: Manager of Financial Reporting supporting SEC filings and internal management reporting for a biopharma tech company. Responsibilities: prepare and review SEC disclosures (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K), coordinate quarterly/annual close, monitor SEC/FASB guidance, support external audits; develop management reports, KPIs, and board materials; streamline reporting processes; ensure internal controls and compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred; 5-8 years in accounting with SEC reporting experience, ideally from public accounting or industry; strong US GAAP knowledge, familiarity with XBRL, ERP, and reporting tools; excellent communication and detail orientation. High-value: public company experience, SEC regulatory compliance, internal/external reporting, cross-functional stakeholder interaction, proficiency with financial systems, working in fast-paced close cycles.
