Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

Role: Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis supporting Protara Therapeutics' growth in biotech. Responsibilities: develop financial plans aligned with strategic goals, manage forecasting models in Workday Adaptive Planning, analyze contracts and variances, support business development through modeling and due diligence, and prepare Board materials. Requirements: Bachelor’s in finance or related field, CPA, 3-5 years of FP&A or accounting experience, preferably in biotech/pharma; proficiency in Adaptive Planning, Excel, and financial analysis. High-Value: biotech industry experience, focus on early-stage clinical programs, finance modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning. WorkSetup: on-site in NYC at least 2 days/week; minimal travel.
