Required to work in East Hanover, NJ office 3x/week. Novartis will not sponsor visas for this position and does not offer relocation support.

As a Manager in the FMV/BFSF group, manage and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (CMS) and fair market value (FMV) standards in the pharmaceutical sector; manage FMV processes and policies across Novartis.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage FMV assessments for U.S. commercial entities (e.g., specialty pharmacies, wholesalers/distributors, PBMs, GPOs, HUBs, copay vendors)
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Finance, Market Access, Patient Services, Medical) to align FMV assessment and decision-making
- Maintain FMV Work Process Documents (WPDs) and comply with all pertinent WPDs
- Support relationships with external vendors/consultants for FMV assessments
- Maintain/enhance processes to comply with CMS FMV regulations
- Support Associate Director/Director with communications and training across the organization

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably Finance/Accounting); Master’s/MBA/CPA preferred
- 4+ years in finance/accounting/economics in pharma/healthcare
- Strong analytical skills for complex data and market trends
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills
- Proactive, able to manage multiple assignments
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills; collaborate with internal/external stakeholders
- Experience with financial analysis/valuations, preferably FMV analysis of healthcare business, compensation, and service agreements for management planning and regulatory compliance

Desirable Requirements:
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical policies and regulations
- Experience with commercial entities (e.g., specialty pharmacies, wholesalers/distributors, PBMs, GPOs, HUBs, copay vendors)

Compensation & Benefits (as stated):
- Salary range: $108,500–$201,500/year; performance-based cash incentive; possible annual equity eligibility
