Manager, Digital Systems Deployment-Orthopaedics (DePuy Synthes)
Location: West Chester, PA or Raynham, MA (remote case-by-case).
Duration: through Dec 31, 2027; eligible for severance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end deployment and ongoing support of Supply Chain digital platform for Americas; drive adoption targets and service-level objectives.
- Define, track, and report metrics (e.g., tagging %, pinging %, data accuracy %); present results to stakeholders and leadership.
- Run discovery sessions to identify use cases improving inventory optimization and platform expansion.
- Scope, test, and deploy feature releases/hardware updates with platform development team; manage release readiness and rollout communications.
- Own onboarding/training materials and end-user engagement; conduct training for field teams.
- Maintain/improve platform data integrity; investigate root causes and drive corrective actions.
- Apply project/change/customer management to scale adoption and remove blockers.
- Identify and quantify platform-enabled cost/efficiency/effectiveness improvements.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Backup support for platform/data lead as needed.
- Participate in platform daily/weekly meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- 6β8+ years in medical supply chain, digital platform deployment, or related operations.
- Proven project/change management in matrixed organizations (PMP/Prosci a plus).
- Lead cross-functional programs; influence without direct authority.
- Strong data analysis/reporting (Excel and BI tools) and communication/presentation.
- Self-starter; prioritize in ambiguity; manage multiple deployments concurrently.
Preferred:
- Healthcare supply chain or medical device distribution experience.
- Customer-facing/field support experience.
- Advanced Excel (lookups, pivots, basic macros) and data import workflows.
- Experience with project management/flowcharting tools.
Other:
- English fluency required; up to 40% domestic travel.
