Manager, Digital Systems Deployment-Orthopaedics (West Chester, PA or Raynham, MA). Remote work may be considered case-by-case (US candidates). Duration-based position concluding Dec 31, 2027; eligible for severance. Up to 40% domestic travel.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment and ongoing support of Supply Chain digital platform across Americaโ€™s markets; drive adoption targets and service-level objectives with field teams.
- Define, track, and report metrics (e.g., tagging %, pinging %, data accuracy %) to stakeholders and leadership.
- Facilitate discovery sessions to identify use cases that improve inventory optimization and platform expansion.
- Scope, test, and deploy feature releases and hardware updates; manage release readiness and rollout communications.
- Own onboarding and training materials; run training/enablement for field teams.
- Maintain/improve data integrity; investigate data issues and drive corrective actions.
- Use project, change, and customer management to scale adoption and remove blockers in a matrixed environment.
- Identify and quantify cost, efficiency, and effectiveness improvements enabled by the platform.

Additional Responsibilities
- Provide backup support; participate in daily/weekly platform meetings; support other platform initiatives as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required.
- 6โ€“8 years experience in medical supply chain, digital platform deployment, or related operations.
- Project/change management in a matrixed organization (PMP/Prosci plus).
- Proven cross-functional leadership/influence without direct authority.
- Strong data analysis/reporting (Excel and BI tools).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation.
- Self-starter; can prioritize in ambiguity and manage multiple deployments.

Preferred
- Healthcare supply chain or medical device distribution experience; direct customer-facing/field support.
- Advanced Excel (lookups, pivots, basic macros) and familiarity with data import workflows.
- Project management tools/flowcharting proficiency.
