Manager, Datacenter Operations

Role: Manager of Microsoft Cloud Services responsible for strategy, architecture, security, governance, and lifecycle management of Incyte's Microsoft cloud environment, including Azure, Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 core services. Responsibilities: define enterprise architecture standards, oversee platform security and compliance, lead cloud modernization, manage identity and endpoint management strategies, and establish governance frameworks. Lead a small technical team, coordinate with vendors, and ensure alignment with business priorities, security standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: proven cloud and platform management experience in enterprise settings; deep expertise in Azure architecture, identity management, endpoint security, and tenant administration; strong automation, security, and financial governance skills; bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or related fields.
