Role: Manager of Information Protection & Technology Privacy within Pfizer's Cybersecurity GRC team, leading enterprise data protection programs and serving as a primary privacy advisor. Responsibilities: partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement data classification, protection, and compliance controls; manage risks related to sensitive data across IP, regulated, and confidential info; support regulatory audits, assessments, and incident response; monitor emerging threats and regulatory changes. Requirements: Bachelor's in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field with 4+ years in cybersecurity, data protection, or compliance, including 2+ years in leadership; strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, US privacy laws (e.g., CCPA, HIPAA), and experience with data discovery, DLP, encryption, and GRC tools; stakeholder management and communication skills; professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Latin American privacy frameworks is a plus. Preferred: certifications like CISSP, CISA, CIPP/E; experience in pharma or healthcare sectors; hands-on with GRC platforms like Archer; familiarity with regulated data environments. High-Value: focus on privacy and data protection in a regulated pharmaceutical context, supporting compliance across US and Latin American jurisdictions. Work setup: onsite 2-3 days/week in the US; occasional international coordination; travel <5%.
