Position Summary
The Manager, Corporate Print Shop Services oversees daily operations of corporate print services, ensuring jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Manages staff, equipment, workflow, and vendor and enterprise-wide client relationships while driving efficiency and maintaining a safe, productive work environment.

Essential Functions
- Oversee daily print shop operations and ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.
- Build out enterprise print shop support for enterprise client groups.
- Manage production schedules, prioritize jobs, and allocate resources to meet deadlines.
- Hire, train, coach, and monitor team performance.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
- Serve as primary point of contact for complex projects; consult with customers on requirements and solutions.
- Collaborate with enterprise clients and internal teams to provide timelines and resolve issues.
- Develop/enforce operational procedures to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and control cost; maintain inventory of supplies/materials.
- Operate and troubleshoot digital and offset printing equipment.
- Manage vendor relationships for outsourced production and inventory.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Maintain expertise in digital, offset, large format, screen printing, and finishing techniques.
- Evaluate/recommend new equipment, software, or processes.
- Create/edit/adhere to SOPs, process improvements, and template standardization.
- Perform ad-hoc/cross-functional projects to support business needs.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts, Print Technology, Business Management, or related field + 5+ years corporate print services (required), or
- High school diploma/equivalent + 9+ years corporate print services (required).
- 2+ years supervisory/management experience (preferred).

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Wide-format printing, direct mail, and variable data printing.
- Digital printing equipment/software (Adobe Creative Suite, RIP software).
- Print production processes, color management, finishing techniques.
- Organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Estimating software and print shop management systems.
- Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma (familiarity).
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment; communicate effectively across the organization.

Benefits/Pay & Application Instructions
- Discretionary bonus and equity award.
- Annual base pay range: $136,500–$150,000.
