Manager Contracts & Pricing Strategy – EVENITY
What You Will Do
- Analyze market trends, pricing scenarios, and contracting impacts to support informed commercial decisions and forecasts.
- Partner with Brand Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Government Affairs, Trade & Distribution, Commercial Data & Analytics, Contracting & Pricing Execution, Patient Access, and Value Access Insights.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop and apply financial models to assess contract structures, rebate strategies, gross-to-net (GTN) management, average sales price (ASP) impact, and access trade-offs; support GTN forecasting across provider and payer segments.
- Lead Latest Estimate Discount Rate (LEDR) modeling: develop discount rate assumptions, evaluate pricing/contracting scenarios and impacts on ASP/GTN, and align stakeholders on contracting decisions and long-range planning.
- Run analyses to develop and execute contracting strategies across payer and provider segments.
- Collaborate with Finance on Quarterly Business Reviews, Long-Range Scenario (LRS) planning, and other forecasting.
- Align contracting strategies with business objectives and compliance requirements; partner with Market Access, Finance, Legal, Government Pricing, and Commercial teams.
- Interact with senior leadership and cross-functional committees; lead LRS and LEDR assumption/outcomes meetings.
Basic Qualifications
- Doctorate degree, or
- Master’s + 2 years pricing/sales & marketing operations experience, or
- Bachelor’s + 4 years, or
- Associate’s + 8 years, or
- High school/GED + 10 years.
Preferred Qualifications (highly desirable/desired)
- Strong problem-solving and execution on vaguely defined problems; independent with multiple priorities.
- Experience building financial models and/or working with large datasets.
- Experience with Material Approval Compliance (MAC) process.
- Familiarity with Conga (CLM), Anaplan, and CIQ for contracting workflows, LEDR development, and gross-to-net forecasting.
- Knowledge of evolving U.S. healthcare system, especially Government–Healthcare interactions.
- Exceptional written/oral communication and executive presence.
