Manager, Compliance (Southwest Region)

Role: Compliance Manager supporting Axsome Therapeutics' healthcare compliance program with a focus on policy management, auditing, monitoring, and HCP payment transparency. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining compliance policies, implementing FDA/OIG guidance, conducting field monitoring activities, supporting compliance training programs, and managing data for monitoring activities. The role involves extensive travel within the Southwest Region to oversee field activities such as speaker programs and advisory boards. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree; 4+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare compliance, legal, or internal audit roles; strong knowledge of industry regulations (OIG, FDCA, Anti-Kickback, False Claims Act); excellent communication and project management skills; ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally. Preferred skills include experience with compliance program frameworks, enforcement trends, and complex organizational settings.
