Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary IT resource supporting the Medical and Commercial Veeva ecosystem (Veeva Vault CRM, PromoMats, MedComms, Network, Open Data, and related integrated systems/technologies).
- Develop and continuously improve processes and operational procedures for Veeva platforms.
- Manage and oversee application support to resolve support requests and incidents timely.
- Partner with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and third-party vendors to optimize processes and enhance system utilization.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and functional specifications.
- Perform impact assessments, system integration testing, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enhancements/releases.
- Maintain system documentation, support procedures, workflows, and knowledge repositories.
- Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise for projects, enhancements, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot complex application issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendors.
- Ensure alignment with applicable compliance/regulatory standards (including FDA and HIPAA where applicable).
- Build effective working relationships across Commercial, Medical Affairs, IT, and external partners.

Qualifications (Required/Preferred):
- Strong expertise supporting Veeva Commercial and Medical platforms (Vault CRM, PromoMats, MedComms, Network, Open Data).
- Experience translating complex business requirements into technical/operational solutions.
- Vendor relationship management and support coordination experience in pharma/biotech.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and simultaneous initiatives.
- Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience gathering requirements, creating workflows, and developing system documentation.
- Knowledge of SaaS technologies, relational databases, and enterprise integrations.
- Understanding of system architectures involving master data and commercial data warehouses/data lakes.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills; ability to collaborate across levels.
- Ability to influence and build consensus; work independently in direct and matrixed structures.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Veeva Vault CRM Certification (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years providing system support in pharma/biotech.
- Direct experience supporting Medical Affairs and Commercial field teams.
- Hands-on administration/support of Veeva Commercial and Medical platforms.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and HIPAA compliance (plus).
