Manager, Commercial Performance (Santa Clara, CA; consideration for Cincinnati, OH or Raritan, NJ). Onsite 3 days/week; remote flexibility 2 days/week.

Purpose:
- Ensure executed customer agreements deliver intended financial and strategic value through post-contract performance management (utilization, revenue realization, deal-term compliance, and billing alignment).

You Will Be Responsible For:
- Commercial Performance Monitoring: Track executed agreements vs. contracted terms (utilization, procedure volumes, financial commitments); identify underperformance, revenue leakage, or deviations.
- Revenue Realization & Billing Alignment: Partner with Finance/Billing for accurate, timely invoicing per contract; verify billing structures (per procedure/subscription/capital agreements); resolve gaps between contracted pricing and billed revenue.
- Customer Compliance & Remediation: Address underutilization/non-compliance; develop action plans (volume commitments, usage thresholds); support field teams with data and recommendations.
- Insights & Analytics: Build dashboards for deal health, utilization trends, financial performance; generate insights on effectiveness, system adoption, and ROI.
- Process & Continuous Improvement: Standardize post-deal monitoring; develop playbooks for compliance; incorporate learnings into future deal structures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Finance, Pricing Ops, Contract Management, and Customer Success (as applicable).

Qualifications / Requirements:
- 5+ years in commercial operations, deal desk, finance, pricing, or revenue operations.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
- Contract structures/revenue models and financial performance tracking; billing/revenue recognition/contract-to-cash experience.
- Advanced analytics (Excel, Power BI, or similar); travel 25% domestically.

Preferred:
- Medical device/capital equipment/healthcare technology experience.
- CRM (e.g., Dynamics), ERP/billing systems, contract lifecycle tools.
- Post-sales performance or customer compliance program experience.
