About the Opportunity:
- Lead OPEX planning, forecasting, and performance management for Commercial Centers of Excellence (CoEs), including BOS, PAVE, and PPS.
- Partner with CoE leaders and the OPEX FP&A leader to provide financial insight, planning rigor, and decision support.
- Consolidate, analyze, and craft clear narratives on Commercial OPEX performance.
- Prepare financial analysis, reporting, and business commentary on performance vs. plan, forecast changes, risks, opportunities, and key drivers.
- Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts, monthly close activities, business reviews, and ad hoc leadership requests.
- Design, simplify, standardize, and automate recurring planning/reporting activities while maintaining strong financial controls and data integrity.
- Operate as a proactive individual contributor delivering high-quality analysis in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Experience Required:
- Commercial finance/FP&A/corporate finance (preferred in a complex, matrixed multinational organization).
- Finance business-partner experience supporting functional/regional/business-unit/commercial leadership.
- Strong knowledge of OPEX planning, forecasting, performance management, variance analysis, and P&L dynamics.
- Experience with AOP, quarterly forecasting, monthly close, business reviews, and management reporting.
- Experience designing/improving/standardizing/automating finance processes, tools, templates, and reporting.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field (required).
- MBA, CPA, or equivalent (preferred).

Required Skills:
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, forecasting, and business judgment.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear insights and leadership-ready narratives.
- Process design, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and automation mindset.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management across functions/geographies/levels.

Workstyle:
- Hybrid: onsite presence twice weekly at San Rafael Headquarters; not remote.
