Manager, Commercial FP&A, Centers of Excellence OPEX

Role: Manager, Commercial FP&A, Centers of Excellence OPEX, responsible for leading OPEX planning, forecasting, and performance management for BioMarin’s Commercial Centers of Excellence (BOS, PAVE, PPS). Objectives include providing financial insights, supporting resource allocation, and enhancing planning processes through automation and standardization. Responsibilities encompass partnering with CoE leaders, preparing financial analyses and narratives, supporting annual plans and forecasts, and driving process improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related; 5+ years in commercial finance or FP&A within complex, multinational organizations; strong understanding of OPEX, P&L dynamics, and financial modeling. Preferred: MBA, CPA, or advanced certifications; experience supporting leadership teams, designing automated finance tools, and working in cross-functional environments. High-Value: commercial finance expertise, strategic planning, process automation, stakeholder management, and fast-paced environment adaptability. Work setup: hybrid model requiring onsite presence twice weekly at San Rafael headquarters.
