Leadership Responsibility
- Lead OPEX planning, forecasting, and performance management for Commercial Centers of Excellence (BOS, PAVE, PPS).
- Serve as key Finance partner to CoE leaders, providing financial insight and decision support to manage spend, priorities, and outcomes.
- Support OPEX FP&A leader with consolidation, analysis, and performance narratives for Commercial leadership.
- Prepare financial analysis, reporting, and business commentary explaining performance vs. plan, forecast changes, risks, opportunities, and OPEX drivers.
- Partner with CoE leaders and finance stakeholders on AOP, quarterly forecasts, monthly close activities, business reviews, and ad hoc requests.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate recurring planning/reporting while maintaining financial controls and data integrity.
Experience Required / Qualifications
- Commercial finance/FP&A/corporate finance experience in a complex, matrixed, multinational environment.
- Experience supporting leadership teams as a finance business partner.
- Strong understanding of OPEX planning, forecasting, performance management, variance analysis, and P&L dynamics.
- Experience with annual planning, quarterly forecasting, monthly close, management reporting, and ad hoc analysis.
- Experience designing/improving/standardizing/automating finance tools, templates, and reporting.
- Ability to influence decisions and communicate insights clearly.
Education
- Bachelorβs degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business or related (required); MBA/CPA or equivalent (preferred).
Required Skills
- Strong analytical skills, financial modeling, forecasting, and business judgment.
- Process design/continuous improvement/automation mindset; clear leadership-ready communication.
- Ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Workstyle
- Hybrid: onsite presence twice weekly at San Rafael Headquarters; not remote.
EHS (role responsibility)
- Support environmental protection, injury prevention, and continual improvement of EHS management systems; identify hazards, report incidents, and participate in EHS initiatives/training.
