Manager, Commercial FP&A, Centers of Excellence OPEX

Role: Finance Manager overseeing OPEX planning, forecasting, and performance management for BioMarin's Commercial Centers of Excellence, including BOS, PAVE, and PPS. Responsibilities: partner with CoE leaders and the OPEX FP&A team to deliver financial insights, support resource allocation, and develop standardized, automated planning processes; analyze performance variances and craft leadership narratives; support AOP, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reporting; drive process improvements and automation. Requirements: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related; 5+ years in commercial finance, FP&A, or similar roles within complex, multinational environments; strong understanding of OPEX and P&L dynamics; experience with financial planning, variance analysis, and process automation; excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred: MBA, CPA, or equivalent; experience in biotech or pharma industries, particularly with commercial or R&D finance.
