Hybrid position requiring frequent on-site presence at the Cambridge, MA facility or Research Triangle Park, NC (dependent on applicant location).
What Youโll Do
- Execute assigned data management deliverables aligned to analytics and reporting priorities
- Support ingestion, transformation, and refresh of commercial data sources within established pipelines
- Own discrete data sources, feeds, or pipeline components within a defined scope
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks (accuracy/completeness)
- Implement data mappings and transformation logic per senior team requirements
- Respond to analytics/reporting data requests and clarify data issues
- Coordinate with IT/platform teams to run pipelines and troubleshoot routine processing issues
- Support external data vendor data loads, refresh cycles, and follow-ups
- Maintain data definitions, assumptions, and documentation
- Identify data issues, escalate risks, and support resolution
- Apply data management standards, controls, and best practices

Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree (Data Sciences/Engineering/Information Systems or related)
- 3+ years in data management/analytics enablement (biotech/pharma/healthcare/consulting)
- Experience supporting commercial data sources (e.g., CRM, claims, prescriptions, specialty pharmacy, market data)
- Knowledge of IQVIA, Komodo, or Clarivate
- Hands-on pipeline support from ingestion to analytics-ready delivery
- Validation/reconciliation/data quality checks
- SQL and modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, cloud data warehouses)
- Experience partnering with analytics, reporting, and IT teams
