Job Title/Role: Manager, Data Management (Individual Contributor)

Location/Work Model:
- Hybrid; frequent on-site presence at Cambridge, MA or Research Triangle Park, NC (depending on applicant location)

What Youโ€™ll Do (Responsibilities):
- Execute assigned data management deliverables aligned to analytics and reporting priorities
- Support ingestion, transformation, and refresh of commercial data sources within established pipelines
- Own discrete data sources, feeds, or pipeline components within a defined scope
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks (accuracy and completeness)
- Implement data mappings and transformation logic per requirements defined by senior team members
- Respond to analytics/reporting data requests and clarify data issues as needed
- Coordinate with IT and platform teams to run pipelines and troubleshoot routine processing issues
- Support external data vendor data loads, refresh cycles, and issue follow-ups
- Maintain data definitions, assumptions, and documentation for assigned data sources
- Identify data issues, escalate risks, and support resolution using established processes
- Apply existing data management standards, controls, and best practices

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (Data Sciences, Engineering, Information Systems, or related)
- 3+ years in data management, analytics enablement, or related roles (biotech/pharma, healthcare, or consulting)
- Experience with commercial data sources (CRM, claims, prescription, specialty pharmacy, market data)
- Thorough knowledge of at least one: IQVIA, Komodo, Clarivate
- Hands-on experience supporting data pipelines end-to-end (ingestion to analytics-ready delivery)
- Data validation, reconciliation, and data quality check experience
- Ability to interpret/implement data requirements, mappings, and documentation
- SQL and modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, cloud data warehouses)
- Experience working with analytics, reporting, and IT partners
