Role Summary
The Manager, Commercial Artwork is responsible for development, approval, and control of commercial labeling artwork requirements supporting finished goods packaging for BeOne Commercial Products. This role collaborates with contract artwork vendors, contract manufacturing partners, commercial label printers, and cross-functional teams to gather market-specific information, deliver accurate artwork within timelines, and contribute to lifecycle management and process improvements for global BeOne products.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with contract artwork vendors, contract manufacturing partners, commercial label printers, and key BeOne stakeholders to gather market-specific information for label development.
- Deliver flawless artwork design and coordination per agreed timelines.
- Contribute to labeling development efficiencies through standard processes and platforms to enhance commercialization and lifecycle management.
- Initiate and track progression of labeling artwork projects to ensure deliverables for Health Authority submissions, product launches, test components, and lifecycle updates.
- Accountable for market-specific artwork layout of product packaging, including printer proof approvals when applicable.
- Support end-to-end commercial artwork process improvements including creation, version control, content verification, cross-functional review and approvals, production implementation, and repository management.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Package Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Life Sciences or similar education.
- Required: 5+ years progressive experience in artwork development and control or supply chain, preferably within biotech, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Required: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Preferred: Experience with Smartsheet, Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Required: Fluency in English. Some meetings may occur in early morning or evening due to global operations.
- Preferred: Experience with Change Control management and Veeva or similar QMS system.
- Preferred: Experience with pharmaceutical labeling artwork requirements for global markets (APAC, I-SEA, Europe, LATAM, MENA, New Markets, and North America).
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Package Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Life Sciences or similar education.
