Role Summary
Manager, Commercial Analytics is a hybrid role based in Parsippany, NJ, collaborating with Tevaโs US commercial analytics team on initiatives for the innovative portfolio. The role leverages secondary data sources, data analytics, and visualization to deliver data-driven insights that support the US commercial brands. You will drive performance tracking, inform commercial strategy, and support product launches and lifecycle management with analytical insights.
Responsibilities
- Drive performance tracking and deliver actionable insights and analytical support to inform commercial strategy, product launches, and lifecycle management decisions
- Synthesize insights from IQVIA national data, source-of-business analyses, FIA data, and other secondary datasets to support brand team decision-making
- Develop and refine KPI frameworks to measure and monitor launch brand performance
- Monitor and interpret competitive dynamics and pricing trends to guide strategic planning
- Provide key assumptions and analytical inputs for LRP and AOP forecasting processes
- Consolidate and communicate key performance metrics for presentations, dashboards, and executive reporting
- Present clear, concise, and impactful business insights to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Maintain high standards of data integrity, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting
- Serve as the subject matter expert for IQVIA national-level data, including methodologies, limitations, and data caveats
Qualifications
- Required: A minimum of 5 years in pharma/biotech business analytics or consultative roles within the industry
- Preferred: MBA or advanced degree
Education
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
Skills
- Strong knowledge of IQVIA data and other secondary sources i.e. DRG, Evaluate etc.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical markets and disease states, especially CNS
- Proficiency in data visualization / analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Excel, Python)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Possesses strong business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, processes, timelines, and expectations across stakeholder groups
- Experience with product launches (preferred)
Additional Requirements
- Travel: Approximately 5% domestic travel throughout the US, which may include weekend and overnight trips
